I’ve been speaking since before I was 1.
It wasn’t always about digital marketing and moving to the U.S. but I’m pretty well practiced at it now. I’ve hosted auctions, dinners, fireside chats, presented to audiences at conferences and I’ve spoken to thousands online.
Josh in 60 seconds:
Born in South Australia in 1987 and I lived in Adelaide from 0 through 29. and I lived an amazing life with incredible friends and a wonderfully supportive family.
In 2017, at 29, I sold everything, my house, my car, my business, and my cat (well, I gave my cat away, oh Aslan) and I move to New York. I didn’t move for glitz or glamor, I moved because I thought it might be fun, and the worst thing that could happen is I would return to a life I loved.
I learned so much about not only the logistics of moving a life, but also the skills involved with rebuilding a new life in a different place, making connections, and most importantly creating a community. I now teach people how to do it and I’ve built a community of supportive superheroes in New York who want to help their fellow person.
I’ve spoken to businesses about cultivating culture, and I’ve consulted with multinationals who are seeking to improve their processes. I talk about the stress and how it impacts more than just the individual, it impacts the business they work for, the family they bring, and the people they meet along the way.
I love to hear stories, and work with others who have a story to tell.
Where I talk.
I’ll travel to talk if the mission is right. You just point me in the right direction.
How I talk.
Whether it’s a formal keynote or an informal fireside chat, I can host, speak on a panel, or facilitate an event.
